Bylaws and Standing Rules

Jonathan White

  • There’s a channel #rules-and-bylaws-review where people are welcome to contribute. They’ll need a Makersmiths email to access the documents and they can be setup with one pretty quickly. Just join the channel and let Jonathan White know. It won’t be an immediate response though. Figuring out how best to have a committee review that’s manageable and balanced with getting input from the members.

This means our next meeting will be February 19th at 7pm, a google meet link will be posted in slack which will be used for the meeting. We have a number of items on the agenda, including those suggested to us by Scott, Mark, and Diane regarding donations to PTAs, the Town of Purcellville's Art Exhibition, and the Leesburg Business Awards.
  • We are currently looking for event runners for two events: the first is Leesburg Flower and Garden, which is April 20th and 21st. The second is Loudoun Pride, which is June 2nd. If you're interested in running either event, please let Jason Gilligan know.
