 Issue: Accounting support for Makersmiths.

Solution: As we have grown and become more complex, the monthly accounting load has increased significantly.  Treasurer now handles budgets, more class and instructor reimbursements, half of our two step purchasing process, sales tax collection and reporting, non-profit state registration, and a host of additional complex accounting tasks.  Bottom line, we have grown to the point where the accounting load is more than can be reasonably expected of a volunteerOut CPA would like for the Board to execute the attached agreement.  The Treasurer has read and approved the agreement.
