NB1: Approve the Lease to be Submitted to Purcellville Town Council (David Painter )

Issue: The Purcellville lease requires renewal in early 2022 and the Board has been advised to submit a redlined copy to the town for review as soon as possible so that it can be reviewed by the town at its December meeting.

Solution: A committee was formed to review and redline the prior lease agreement.  The committee has completed its work and has put forward a redlined copy of the lease for Board consideration to be signed and submitted to the Town of Purcellville. 

Relevance to Tax Exempt Status: None

Motion: Move to authorize the President to sign and submit the proposed lease and a copy of the redlined document to the Town of Purcellville.

Motion seconded.
