Purcellville Power (Dave P.)

Problem: Purcellville Location has no power

Solution:  Attached is a proposal from Beckstrom electrical to install the electrical power to the upper and lower buildings.  We would still need to perform the interior wiring which a second Motion for vote.  This proposal includes a 14 month interest free payment schedule with the first payment due two month after completion of the work.   

 

Relevance to our tax exempt status:  Build out of an additional and bigger location benefits existing members and gives Makersmiths better ability to drive up membership.  Electricity is necessary as part of the build-out.

 

Purcellville Upper Building Build-out (Dave P.)

Problem: Purcellville has no walls and needs interior work

Solution:  Dave Painter has put together a detailed list of the interior needs.  The total is approximately $4,500.00 for the materials needed.  See detailed list in the other emails.

Relevance to our tax exempt status: Build out of an additional and bigger location benefits existing members and gives Makersmiths better ability to drive up membership.


Purcellville Interior Electrical (Dave P.)

Problem: Purcellville has no interior electrical

Solution:  Need to send up to $2,000 for interior electrical wiring of Purcellville buildings.

  - Dave Painter:  I think you will agree that this is a FANTASTIC offer. I would like to call for the board to vote

-Brad Hess:  I think this pretty much the best possible situation for makersmiths and I highly encourage other board members in joining me by voting to approve this. 
 - Motion: Makersmiths enter into agreement with Beckstrom to install power to the Purcellville upper and lower buildings
