  • Organize and photograph for sale large items
  • Continue sort of items as outlined above

By Oct 2nd

  • Complete sort of items as outline above
  • Move Tag sale items to purcellville lower building

By Oct 16th

  • Move Large equipment to Purcellville  (Rent truck approx $300.00)
  • Identify remaining items that would be of use at Purcellville (Furniture, Cabinets, Material)
  • List material and remaining items not being moved on craigslist for sale.
  • List the cars for sale or notify the owners that they need to be removed ASAP.

By Oct 30th

  • Move or breakdown aluminum furniture that is not being used
  • Notify all members that anything personal stored at the warehouse needs the be claimed of removed by November 21st or it will be trashed, disposed, sold, destroyed, donated, etc. as Board deems appropriate.

By Nov 13th

  • Recycle all metal from Berryville.  Might require several trucks and trailers
  • Load dumpster with all remaining material and items

By Nov 27th

  • Move Dust collector to Purcellville if it has not already been sold
  • Remove and take vehicles to the scrap yard if they have not sold
  • Final clean out.
